Jason Szabo

Jason specializes in real estate investors in addition to clients who are looking to find their dream home. When Jason is not working in real estate, Jason is a certified public accountant and is a shareholder of a CPA practice in Framingham Massachusetts. Jason works with real estate investors by determining fair-market value and using cash flow models to determine profitability in properties each and every year. When it’s time to sell, Jason can help his clients calculate capital gain liability or determine if a section 1031 exchange (deferral of capital gain) makes the best solution. 

When Jason is not working, he spends time with his wife and three young children. He loves spending time in Falmouth and southern Maine. Jason is also an enormous hockey fan and still plays in adult leagues and tournaments settings.
